ManoMotion - one of Sweden’s best startups 2021 by 33-listan

ManoMotion, a leader in vision-based hand tracking software, is pleased to announce being listed, for a second time, in the prestigious 33-listan by the Swedish tech magazine Ny Teknik. 33-listan acknowledges Sweden’s best and most promising technology startup companies with a potential to reach an international market. Altogether Ny Teknik has evaluated over 300 tech companies this year before presenting the 33 winners. The winners will be presented at an award ceremony at Fotografiska on October the 28th.

Altendorf, a world leading manufacturer of sliding table saws has integrated ManoMotion’s technology in their Hand Guard System. The saw machine identifies when hands or fingers are coming too close to the saw and immediately stops the machine, thus preventing hand injuries.

Another application area for ManoMotion’s technology is in AR/VR Headsets where handtracking is necessary in order to optimize the use of the headsets. In this area ManoMotion's technology is integrated in ThirdEye X2 MR Glasses and will soon be integrated into another major Mixed Reality Headset.

Additionally, ManoMotion provides a Software Toolkit for application developers to implement touch-less AR-interaction in Smartphones for use in games, marketing, education or to create Virutal Try on for online shopping.
