Brunvoll is taking Merit Operations Process Control into use

Control of critical processes in M3 provides better stability in production/process flows and provides so that central functions do not stop and causes delays that will increase cost, loss of revenue and reduced reputation. Merit Operations Process Control automatically controls the different statuses in the process and compares it with what is expected and appropriate. The service is dynamic and can easily be adapted to different systems and processes.

Brunvoll has signed an agreement and launched Process Controll on 14 checklists and 4 KPIs. In conjunction with monthly operational meetings between Brunvoll and Merit the reports will be assessed and reviewed, the results analyzed and improvements considered. Brunvoll can choose from about 200 different process controls and of course new ones can be developed, when it´s needed.
