Merit is growing

Merit is growing and has an increasing workload and continues to attract new customers. At the moment we are recruiting for our sales and service departments. You can follow the process and be introduced to our new colleagues on our Linkedin, website and Merit bullets. This time we focus on the strengthened sales departments in Scandinivia, get to know Marcin Szymanski, Christian Walby and Johnny Jensen.

Marcin Szymanski

Marcin Szymanski is Merit Consulting’s new sales manager who, on a warm and sunny day, likes to spend time on a fine-grained beach in a sun lounger listening to Rupert Holmes. If the weather doesn't allow spending time on the beach; sports and especially soccer together with his passion for whiskey collecting is something he really enjoys.

Marcin has long experience in the ERP market and during the last 10 years has had the pleasure to work with various roles within the market. Recently Marcin has worked as a Sales & Business Development Manager within Jeeves ERP and their peripheral products. But also has experience as KAM, Project Manager, business consultant and a developer. At Merit Consulting Marcin will work as Sales Manger in Sweden.

The latest book Marcin read was “Conclusion, I would say“ (questions and answers about how to keep a sensible presentation) by Bengt Hemlin.

Johnny Jensen

Johnny Jensen has long experience working with ERP Solutions and has knowledge of implementation of M3/Movex both internal and external. Johnny started as a key account manager at Intentia in 1999 and later became IT Manager at Ardo Nyborg (Movex user). He has also worked with Dynamics AX (Axapta) at Neoprocess and at Columbus where he was marketing manager for manufacturing and logistics companies.

Johnny is 46 years old and lives with his wife and two Children in Odense, Denmark. Merit welcomes Johnny to our team and sees his experience as a great contribution for Merit Denmark and Merit Globe.

Christian Walby

Christian Walby is newly hired as Sales Manager with focus on eastern parts of Norway. With over 9 years of experience from the mobile industry where he has sold mobile IT solutions primarily to the transport and logistics industry. Christian therefore has a unique background from mobile with high competency in hardware and software sales with services to make the customers everyday life as efficient and comfortable as possible. Christian previously worked as a KAM at Consafe Logistics, Sales Manager at Giant Leap Technologies and Sales and Marketing at Optidev AB.

On Christian’s spare time he enjoys spending time in the sun and doing that on a boat with family and friends around him makes it even better. Another passion in life is food, you will often find him behind the pots and pans at home and no one will handle the grill except Christian if he is around.
