Lime acquires software company RemoteX Technologies

Lime acquires RemoteX Technologies, a former Gasell business and winner of Guldmobilen.

‘We have been looking for a larger context and are incredibly proud that Lime has noted our success. We see similarities in both corporate culture and technical platforms. Together we can create a larger system that is attractive for both existing and future clients, and that gives a strong foundation for growth,’ says Åsa Holmström, Managing Director, RemoteX.

Lime is a market leader in CRM (Customer Relationship Management). RemoteX will join Lime in a new office at Kungsbroplan in Stockholm. Lime thereby reinforces their expertise and knowledge in mobile solutions. The cloud-based system for mobile service management, RemoteX, becomes a new addition to their product range.

‘RemoteX has a great product and profound expertise within mobile service management. Together, we will be a strong mobile CRM solution whilst getting considerably stronger in the construction, energy and real estate segments,’ says Erik Syrén, CEO Lime.

RemoteX has ca. 200 business clients and 5,000 users. The company was founded in 2001 when Conny Leo Berghald developed a mobile service management system for the real estate segment. The company was awarded Guldmobilen and was elected Gasell business by Dagens Industri in 2006. They were also nominated for .net awards and placed on Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA’s list the year after. Since 2013, RemoteX has showed a positive cash flow each consecutive year.

Since 2014, investment company Monterro is the main shareholder in Lime.
