New Chair of the Board at Morrow

Morrow Batteries ASA announces that Ann Christin Andersen has been appointed Chair of the Board at Morrow, effective from the Annual General Meeting on May 14th, 2025.

Ann Christin brings more than 35 years of leadership experience from the global energy sector. She is currently CEO of Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) and has held senior roles at Shell, ABB, Kongsberg Maritime, and TechnipFMC. Her board experience spans major international corporations and innovative startups across renewables, logistics, and the circular economy.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Liv Monica Stubholt for her outstanding leadership as Chair since June 2022. Liv Monica has guided Morrow through pivotal years of development and growth, and her dedication has been instrumental in shaping our journey.
