Motosumo announces new Strava integration

Motosumo, the revolutionary group fitness app, has just released a long-awaited Strava integration. Motosumo users now can send data from their indoor cycling classes or group fitness workouts straight to Strava. Great news for anyone who loves sharing and visualizing fitness data, comparing stats, and getting kudos and comments from their friends and family.

The new integration is the solution to a simple problem. “Everyone at Motosumo is a fan of Strava,” says Jens Juel Jensen, product owner and co-founder of Motosumo. “And most of our customers use it, too. So, we wanted to make sure our group fitness data was being counted on both apps. And, at the same time, find a way to bring those two communities together.”

Motosumo was designed for group fitness activities, from indoor cycling classes to workouts that use heart rate monitors, like HIIT. As such, both brands are founded on a shared set of values. “Strava has been a big inspiration for us as a brand and a platform,” says Jens. “Right now, we’re making a name for ourselves in the world of group fitness. Not just for our ability to track performance data, but as tool for building communities around fitness. So, this collaboration is a dream come true.”

Thanks to the integration, Motosumo users can now join the world’s biggest fitness community and have access to instant performance data across a huge range of activities.
