International Women’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate and inspire women around the world, and throughout March, we’ve been asking our Executive Committee what the day means to them. Next up in our series is our group sales and marketing director, Max Baldwin.

“What does International Women’s Day mean to me? Heralding the fact that there are different characteristics and approaches needed for success.

“It’s a way to keep track of the societal improvements that have been made over my lifetime and to understand what’s still to be done.”
