Press release -

NCC Group launches flagship Partner Network

Global cyber security and risk mitigation expert, NCC Group, has launched a new flagship Partner Network for its software resilience offering in the UK. The Partner Network will enable software vendor partners to enhance their offering and support customers so they can confidently adopt, innovate and manage new and existing technology.

The launch comes at a time when the increased pace of digital transformation and adoption of Cloud, IoT and automation technologies may be leaving more organisations exposed and looking for confidence that their data and applications will be continuously available.

Whether software suppliers are delivering cloud, on-premise or hybrid solutions, the Partner Network will enable them to respond to business continuity assurance demands and add a layer of resilience to their portfolio by recommending or reselling NCC Group’s cloud and on-premise software resilience services alongside their current offering.

The software resilience services that software suppliers and professional service provider partners can offer to customers include:

  • Escrow as a Service (EaaS): operational resilience for software as a service (SaaS) applications by providing access to, or replication of, unique cloud environments and software applications in the event of downtime or supplier failure.
  • Virtual Vaults: secured by NCC Group’s Security Operation Centres and cryptographic algorithms, with strict controls in place for the protection of critical assets, they provide a single-entry point into complex cloud environments held in escrow.

With flexible partnership tiers, partners are able to benefit from a range of incentives, including commercial rebates creating scalable, incremental revenue streams.

All partners also benefit from access to a dedicated Partner Network Portal, which enables collaborative business planning, training and sales enablement guidance with training, marketing and management tools.

Simon Fieldhouse, Global Managing Director, Software Resilience at NCC Group said: “The wide-scale shift to virtual business operations that we’ve seen in the last year has affected companies of every size, in almost every sector.

We’ve seen many larger organisations seeking to reduce their risk and compliance debt following the rapid rollout of digital transformation projects over the last year. Meanwhile, smaller organisations and software vendors have been under pressure to reassure customers that their critical business applications will remain operational in a virtual world.

We have invested in the development of our cloud services offering and partnership strategy to match the demands of an evolving technology ecosystem. Through our Partner Network we are enabling software suppliers to truly add value to their offering and support their customers to innovate and grow in a resilient, safe and secure way.”
