NEFF brings the Renaissance of Taste to EuroCucina 2026: Human Creativity at the Heart of Every Experience
NEFF, a symbol of European excellence in high-end built-in appliances, will participate in EuroCucina 2026 with a booth that stands out for its aesthetic and narrative originality. Where technology and human experience come together to create a coherent and distinctive story.
Humanism in the Kitchen
Hosted in Pavilion 4 at EuroCucina 2026, the NEFF booth brings to life the concept of Renaissance of Taste. In a world increasingly focused on artificial intelligence, NEFF chooses to put people, relationships and food – the true social connector – at the centre. This naturally evokes the Renaissance, a period of cultural revolution that placed humans at the centre of the world, balancing beauty and innovation. NEFF highlights individual creativity and an unconventional approachthat opens new ways of experiencing and interpreting the kitchen, reconnecting the brand to its roots. Carl Neff founded the brand following the principle: “The heart of the kitchen isn't the cooker, it´s the people”.
At EuroCucina 2026, NEFF invites visitors to rediscover the value of taste as a shared experience: not technology for its own sake, not the product as an isolated object, but experience, connection and the pleasure of coming together around moments that unite. Appliances are designed to enhance technique in the service of human experience, supporting ideas, inspiring creativity and expanding the horizons of taste.
The Renaissance Court and Excellence in Steam
NEFF’s unconventional approach to cooking meets the anthropocentric vision of the Renaissance in the booth design. Visitors are welcomed into an exhibition space inspired by Renaissance courts, conceived as places for gathering and interaction. Cloisters connect different areas, transforming taste into an experience of dialogue, culture and sharing. Within the booth, visitors can explore a 360° taste journey, where steam—a true hallmark of the brand—takes centre stage. This cooking technique enhances flavours, textures, and the natural qualities of ingredients, challenging the common belief that steaming compromises taste. NEFF’s mastery of steam, accessible to food lovers, is showcased both in scheduled activities and in the display of appliances, including new ovens and cooktops with Black Matt finishes, alongside the brand-new steam drawer.
A place of honour in the booth is reserved for the oven column dedicated to SLIDE&HIDE®, the iconic innovation that has defined NEFF's identity for 25 years. The disappearing door rises in a scenic tower that celebrates its elegance in motion: a continuous and hypnotic gesture that proves, once again, how an idea born decades ago can still surprise.
A recurring and distinctive element of the booth will be the lemon, symbolizing freshness, vitality, and prosperity. Evoking the historic lemon groves of Renaissance estates, it guides visitors along the sensory journey, creating continuity between aesthetics, taste, and experience.
Activities
Steam, in its many applications linked to sensory perception, foo and conviviality, will be the guiding theme of NEFF’s booth activities during the fair, turning every moment into an immersive, participatory, and genuinely human experience.
COOK: Live Show Cooking with Chef Aleandro Polenti
Chef Aleandro Polenti will host live show cooking sessions focused on steam cooking, using the steam oven, steam drawer, and cooktop with integrated hood. He will take visitors on a global culinary journey, exploring international techniques and flavours while staying true to Italian traditions—for example, a bao with coda alla vaccinara. The aim is to showcase the potential of steam, which allows the creation of dishes that are flavourful, healthy and surprising.
CREATE: Mixology Session with Enrico Bellucci
Enrico Bellucci, Best Italian Bartender 2025 and a leading figure in Italian mixology, will prepare cocktails blending global influences with bold flavours. Through engaging storytelling about the ingredients and techniques, visitors will discover how steam can create a theatrical effect, enhancing the overall sensory experience. The lemon, present in the cocktails and throughout the booth, becomes a unifying element, connecting flavour, freshness and prosperity.
INSPIRE: Aroma Experience with Caterina Roncati
Fragrance designer Caterina Roncati, co-founder of La Strega del Castello, will guide visitors through a deconstruction of her signature fragrance “Acqua de Le Colonie”. A citrus scent inspired by the countries that made Genoa—a city she calls home—a great maritime power during the Renaissance. This experience engages essences, spices, and other ingredients, demonstrating how smell plays a crucial role in taste perception. Visitors will discover the creative and alchemical process behind the fragrance, from raw materials to the final scent, highlighting the intimate connection between smell, flavour and culture.
