Nexer acquires Perpello
To grow further in e-commerce, Nexer Group acquires the consulting company Perpello. The company is 100% focused on e-commerce and offers consulting, strategy and business development, as well as technical e-commerce solutions.
Nexer has been a strong player in e-commerce for many years, with services in strategy, analysis and implementation as well as maintenance and support. Nexer also has scalable, cloud-based and ready-to-start e-commerce solutions and recently launched Storefront. Through the acquisition of Perpello, Nexer strengthens its e-commerce offering where Perpello contributes with long experience and in-depth knowledge of various e-commerce platforms, which is important for Nexer’s growth. Perpello was founded in 2016 by Karin Rådenman, who has also been CEO, and now joins Nexer.

Through the acquisition, Perpello and Nexer merge, with Karin Rådenman becoming head of Business Unit e-commerce at Nexer with the task of growing the business based on the experience from building up Perpello.
