Stalands starts e-commerce with Storefront Accelerator
Stalands Möbler is a well-known company, and with its nine physical stores it is the first choice for many when looking for home furnishings and furniture. Now Stalands wants to expand its service with e-commerce, and Storefront Accelerator from Nexer is the obvious choice.
“With Storefront Accelerator, we get all the basic functions instantly. Instead, we can invest in the specific functionality that we know our customers demand. With our new e-commerce, we want to be able to offer inspiration, knowledge about design furniture and interior design, and pleasurable shopping, just like in our physical stores”, says Erik Gullborn, Online Sales Manager at Stalands.
Storefront Accelerator is 100% cloud-based and built on Storm Commerce and Umbraco Cloud. With this solution, Stalands gets a modern e-commerce experience that can easily be scaled up and adapted to the customer's needs.
“Storefront Accelerator is created by online retailers for online retailers. It is based on our combined experience from more than 100 implemented projects. With Storefront Accelerator, we created what we ourselves lacked in the market. In collaboration with Stalands, we have proven that you can get started really quickly with an e-commerce solution and create added value for the customer, so that they can focus on their core business”, says Sofie Hedman, project manager Nexer.
Staland's new e-commerce will launch in the spring of 2021.

Stalands Möbler is a family business founded in 1946. The first store was 140 m2 and was located on Folkungagatan, Södermalm in Stockholm. Since the start, Stalands has aimed to offer a large range of quality furniture. Over the years, the company has grown and today comprises nine stores and more than 100 employees.
