  • Nextory is now launched in Spain

    Earlier this year, Nextory acquired the Spanish book service Nubico. The two apps have now been merged and today Nextory is launched for readers and listeners in Spain. Right from the start, Nextory will offer readers and listeners a gigantic catalogue of audiobooks, e-books and magazines with more than 300.000 titles in both Spanish and English.

  • Nextory acquires Spain's largest local streaming service

    The book app Nextory, one of the fastest growing services for digital books in Europe, now acquires the Spanish book streaming app Nubico. The acquisition builds the foundation for Nextory's upcoming launch in Spain in 2021.

  • Nextory has launched in Norway

    Nextory's app is now available in Norway, which is the eighth market the streaming service launches in. Right from the start, Nextory has a gigantic selection of audiobooks and e-books with more than 270,000 titles in Norwegian and English.

  • Nextory enters agreement with the Norwegian publisher Aschehoug

    Nextory and Aschehoug, which is one of "the big three" publishers in Norway, have now agreed to enter a distribution agreement. After launch, Nextory will be able to offer Norwegian subscribers the largest selection of audiobooks and e-books.

  • “Geggo" er årets mest lyttede bog på Nextory

    Katrine Memborg & Stephanie Karme Salvaris bog “Geggo: Fra vild teenager til businesskvinde og mor” er årets mest lyttede bog på Nextory. Det viser en undersøgelse, som bogtjenesten nu har samlet. Samtidig er “Hvem har pruttet i Lasse-Leifs bukser?” af Mette Finderup den mest lyttede lydbog blandt børn.

  • Nextory is live in the Netherlands

    ​Nextory's app is now available in the Netherlands, which is the seventh new market for the streaming service. The launch further strengthens Nextory's presence outside of the Nordic region, and right from the start Nextory has a broad catalog with over 200,000 Dutch and English audiobooks and eBooks.

  • Nextory raises SEK 165 million for continued expansion in Europe

    Nextory is raising new funds to finance its rapid growth and continued international expansion. A total of SEK 165 million is now being added to the company. CNI and Erik Selin are among the new owners. Several existing investors are also investing, such as Industrifonden and Acacia.

  • Nextory is preparing to launch in the Netherlands

    ​Nextory is now planning to launch in another European country and will launch in the Netherlands in December 2020. It will be the seventh market that will get access to Nextory's giant library of audiobooks and eBooks.
