Nextory and Storytel Books sign new agreement

The book streaming services Nextory and Storytel Books have entered into a new agreement. The agreement means that Nextory's users will have an even larger selection to choose from. Titles will come from, among others, the Norstedts publishing group and Lind & Co. The agreement covers approximately 20.000 titles that will now be available on the Nextory platform, which currently consists of more than 1 million titles.

After a period of negotiations, Nextory and Storytel Books have signed a new agreement regarding the distribution of Storytel Books and Storysides titles. It is in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland that Nextory now welcomes back the titles.

"We are pleased to offer these titles to Nextory's users again and to have reached a solution that feels reasonable for both parties. It is also a positive development for the authors, whose books now reach an even wider audience, contributing to increasing reading and democratizing access. Ultimately, that is the goal of Nextory," says Shadi Bitar, CEO and founder of Nextory.

The agreement includes the following publishers and is added to Nextory's catalog:

Sweden: Norstedts, Rabén & Sjögren, Tiden, Brombergs, B. Wahlströms, Printz Publishing, Massolit, Lind & Co, as well as Storyside titles.

Finland: Gummerus, Aula & Co, Lind & Co as well as Storyside titles.

Denmark: People’s Press, Lind & Co as well as Storyside titles.
