Tata Consultancy Services Keeps Its Spot in Top Three for Customer Satisfaction in the Netherlands for Ninth Year Running


AMSTERDAM, March 27, 2023: For the ninth consecutive year, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has ranked among the top three IT service providers in the Netherlands based on customer service, according to an independent survey of CxOs from leading IT organizations by Whitelane Research.

Whitelane Research’s 2023 IT Sourcing Study is based on responses from 220 CIOs and senior decision makers across the Netherlands. The study investigated over 450 unique IT sourcing relationships and more than 740 cloud sourcing relationships to assess service providers on five Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including application services, infrastructure hosting and security.

TCS claimed the number two position with an overall satisfaction score of 81 per cent exceeding the industry average of 73 per cent.

TCS Netherlands number 1 in four categories

TCS demonstrated strong results across multiple dimensions and KPIs. It ranked number one for:

  • Application services (82 per cent compared to industry average of 76 per cent)
  • Infrastructure hosting (82 per cent compared to industry average of 74 per cent)
  • Workplace services (80 per cent compared to industry average of 69 per cent)
  • Security Services (80 per cent compared to industry average of 74 per cent)

Furthermore, TCS also achieved high scores for service quality with a score of 82 per cent compared to the industry average of 76 per cent.

TCS number 1 in Europe for 10 years straight

In addition to the Dutch results, TCS has ranked overall number one for customer satisfaction across Europe for the tenth year in a row, in the Europe-wide Whitelane Research report for 2022.

Each year, Whitelane’s IT sourcing report surveys over 1,800 CIOs from Europe’s largest IT spending organizations to understand their outsourcing plans and analyze their opinions on IT or cloud service providers. The success of TCS follows a succession of industry recognitions, such as TCS being ranked the number one ‘Top Employer’ in Europe by Top Employers Institute and named as the ‘second most valuable IT services brand in the world’ with a brand value up 2% to $17.2 billion, according to Brand Finance.
