Respondents experience a shortage of Enterprise Architects, Process Specialists and Cybersecurity Experts

Towards 2020 there is a significant shift in the internal collaboration partners, and the customer-oriented business units, such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Product Development, will cooperate more closely with the IT department.
