Aclima Secures European Distribution Rights from Odex Aps
Aclima AS, a leader in functional merino wool apparel, proudly announces the strategic takeover of its distribution operations in Denmark, Germany, Austria, and BeNeLux countries. This move follows the asset deal with their long-term distribution partner, Odex Aps, which includes warehouse stock and key employees: Thor Andersen (Director), Anders Kok (International Sales Manager), and Mark Regeser (Sales Manager Denmark).
The takeover marks a significant milestone in Aclima’s commitment to expanding its footprint and streamlining its distribution processes across key European markets. By incorporating central European distribution into its operational framework, Aclima aims to strengthen its market presence and enhance service delivery.
