Russia and Norway - Arctic collaboration platforms

In 2017, Akvaplan-niva signed a Collaboration Agreement with Roscongress Foundation to strengthen cooperation between two Arctic forums – Arctic Frontiers (Norway) and Arctic: Territory of Dialogue (Russia). The next Arctic Frontiers will be heldin Tromsø in February 2021 (https://www.arcticfrontiers.com/) and the next Arctic: Territory of Dialogue Forum will be arranged in St Petersburg in 2021, when Russia takes chairmanship in the Arctic Council (https://forumarctica.ru/en/).

Roscongress has now launched new services and platforms to contribute to international cooperation in the Arctic. Among the activities is a virtual cinema with media support by Komsomolskaya Pravda. This will feature some of the best films about the unique nature, history and culture of the Arcticfor audiences to watch online. A new screening will be aired each week. More information here: https://roscongress.org/en/events/arkticheskiy-kinoteatr-u-vas-doma/

Roscongress also offers opportunities for online communication between partners and participants of their events. For this purpose, they have launched a business platform RC-Business (https://forbusiness.roscongress.org/en/), where companies can publish their business cards. The platform allows companies to showcase their goods and services, find investors, colleagues and partners, expand market and supply chain, create new companies, and opt into already existing projects.
