KLM Royal Dutch Airlines presents What's next in innovation?

Dato 25. november 2020 13:10 – 14:00

Industries are increasingly turning to innovation as they’re getting ready for a new reality in the post-pandemic world. The aviation sector is no exception. Last year at the IATA AGM in Seoul we introduced the Flying V, the aircraft of the future. This year we give you another look into the future by taking Virtual Reality (VR) to the next level.

From cleaning crews to cabin attendants, baggage handlers to pilots and engine technicians to tugdrivers, VR technology changes the way KLM employees are trained to do their job. In a live demo, we’ll show you how pilots learn to fly without leaving their home and how pushback drivers train to do their job in stormy weather, even when the sun’s out.

Join us live on Wednesday 25 November from 13.15 CET until 14.00 CET and ask our VR experts anything.

Please let me know by Tuesday 24 November at 12.00 if you’d like to participate. Send an email to carina.bergqvist@klm.com and I will make sure you receive a link to the live demo and a press kit including rights-free images and videos
