The Non-Violence Project is part of Sweden’s largest manifestation for youth mental health

Mental health is one of the greatest challenges of our time. Many young people struggle with worry, sleep difficulties and anxiety. Suicide is the leading cause of death among young people in Sweden.

This is not how it should be. Changing this – that’s up to us.
We, the adults. We, the parents, role models, decision-makers, fellow human beings.
We who work with young people. We who are young.

It’s up to us to listen, to act and to make a difference. To build a society where every young person has the right to wellbeing – no matter who they are or where they live. A society where young people’s voices are heard and truly matter.

We are 37 organisations working every day for and with the mental health of young people. With our combined knowledge and experience, we stand united as one common force. We believe in the strength of young people, in the responsibility of adults, and in the fact that real change requires action – not just words.

This is Sweden’s largest manifestation for youth mental health.
