CASE ONE: 059

Several years ago, the patint underwent bilateral inguinal hernia repair with a Perfix™ polypropylene plug. The patient was symptomatic only on the right side and it was determined that a triple neurectomy would be performed, the mesh would be explanted and TIGR® Matrix Surgical Mesh would be implanted to reinforce the repair.

CASE TWO: 061

Based on the patient’s history of pain, the lack of viable tissue and the recurrence of the hernia it was determined that a sandwich repair using TIGR® Matrix Surgical Mesh should be performed.
