New CEO and strategy for Nuuka Solutions Oy

Nuuka's board of directors started a restructuring process to reduce costs and aim for profitable growth.

At the same time, the board of directors appointed the company's founder and technology director Mikko Maja as the company's new CEO and implementer of the restructuring process.

In recent years, the company has invested heavily in product development and launched a unique optimization service based on artificial intelligence solutions (AI), which automatically reduces the energy consumption of HVAC systems in large public and commercial buildings.

New services have been implemented in many of our customer's properties in Finland and Sweden, and excellent results have been achieved. The energy savings range from 10–30% of the building's total energy consumption.

The company's strategy and business plan have been updated, and the goal is a profitable operational business in the summer of 2023 and a positive operating result during Q4/2023. The company has started a process to raise the capital needed to be able to implement the change process and the growth strategy.

The new strategy is based on rapidly delivered energy savings with the help of AI optimization applications, for owners of public and commercial properties, in cooperation with the partner network. Partners will get a new and profitable business line from collaboration with Nuuka. Partner activities started at the end of 2022.
