Global Power Generation (GPG) Selects API PRO EAM System for 3 Power Plants in Uganda and Israel

The agreement includes OPTIWARE EAM system for the 41 MW Achwa 2 hydropower project in Northern Uganda and the two, 72 MW combined cycle, projects Alon Tavor and Ramat Gavriel in Israel. OPTIWARE will supply API PROas a SaaS solution including multiple plant configuration, support for mobile work processes and Permit to Work.

Global Power Generation (GPG), a part of Naturgy Group develops and manages power generation assets with a global focus using technologies which in their experience guarantees success. GPG also offers its customers engineering, operation and maintenance services for their facilities. GPG has developed more than 1,000 projects using hydro, wind, and fossil fuel technologies in almost 50 countries.

With OPTIWARE’s EAM solution and services, GPG will get a complete tool for running an efficient maintenance process and gaining full control over storage management in the three plants.
