Automotive News’ Fixed Ops Journal Features Orio North America in Video Report

Orio North America, the exclusive distributor of Saab parts and service in the US, was recently featured in this Fixed Ops Journal’s video report.

In the piece, Tim Colbeck, president and CEO of Orio North America, discusses why it’s important to keep Saabs on the road – and the challenges faced by Saab enthusiasts to do just that after the liquidation of Saab in 2011.

“One of the biggest challenges we’ve had since we’ve opened is just awareness — people knowing that you can get Saab parts. We’ve got 24,000 SKUs over there [at the Bethlehem headquarters], 200,000 square-feet of parts for all model years of Saab. We have another million-square-feet in Sweden and 100,000 SKUs,” says Colbeck. “We want to make sure people know that if you have a Saab that comes into your service drive, you can get parts.”
