Extension of the Valtamerilaituri quay in Jätkäsaari

The Port of Helsinki is extending the Valtamerilaituri quay in Jätkäsaari.  Around 460 metres of new
quay is being built. The water permit for the quay extension was obtained in May, and the dredging works were completed in October 2013. The completion of the quay in 2015 will increase the overall area of the new port to 6 hectares.
