Virtual Reality - A New World Enters Your Home

First came the computer and the video game into our homes and everyday life. Then came the internet that has basically changed people's attitudes to information and communication. Now, a new world on its way into our homes; the virtual world. Looking ahead, we will not have to travel to places to experience them, we will be able to make it virtually and the  experience will be just as good as reality.

Oculus VR, the company that made Virtual Reality technology accessible for everyone, was recently acquired by Facebook for 2 billion $. Big companies like Google and Samsung have already launched the next step in the mobile development - "smart" glasses. With these two products, people will be able to experience the virtual world of their own home.

A company that is in the forefront and has already developed a virtual world for their products is the Swedish home lift company Aritco. They already offer a 3D configurator to build your own lift and visualize it directly in 3D from your computer or in full Augmented Reality from any iPad or Android device.

To let you fully experience what it is like to have a home lift, Aritco has now launched the very first virtual reality app in this branch. Designed for Oculus Rift D.K.1 and D.K.2, AritcoVR creates a virtual home where visitors can interact with the environment and move from one story to another using a home lift.

If you already have an Oculus Rift set or simply are passionate about technology and just ordered a new Samsung Gear VR or Zeiss VR One, you have to step into Aritco's virtual world at homeliftstudio.com/aritcovr. You can also visit Aritco's showroom in Stockholm where you can find both real and virtual home lifts.
