QNTM ACQUIRES QUALIFIO, LEADING EUROPEAN DATA COLLECTION PLATFORM

QNTM Group (QNTM) today announced an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Qualifio SA (Qualifio), the Belgium-based leading European software platform for first- and zero-party data collection, customer engagement and loyalty.

QNTM continues to build a solid best-of-breed solution of AdTech and MarTech providers, by adding Qualifio to its ecosystem.

With Qualifio´s strong offering in data collection, customer engagement and loyalty, QNTM now expands into a very exciting field, with great synergies across the group.

This acquisition will reinforce QNTM offering in the Martech space, by combining Qualifio with its previous acquisitions of Raptor (2021) and Actito (2022). It will allow QNTM to deliver a holistic data collection & activation solution enabling marketers to achieve superior ROI. It reinforces the Group's ambition to build a unique best-of-breed ecosystem in the MarTech space in Europe and beyond.

Qualifio provides 2 complementary modules enabling brands to collect zero- and first-party data through an interactive engagement platform and an interaction-based loyalty platform:

  • Qualifio Engage: an easy-to-use platform for seamless campaign creation for data collection and customer engagement on websites and mobile applications.
  • Qualifio Loyalty enables brands to reward all digital interactions between the consumer and the brand via earning & burning rules to premier brand loyalty.
