By joining the SBTi, we reaffirm our commitment to reducing emissions across all business segments and operations. Our approach ensures that sustainability remains at the heart of our strategy, and that each part of our organization, across every market we serve, is dedicated to achieving a meaningful reduction in our environmental impact.
“We are delighted to announce the approval of our targets within the Science Based Target initiative. This milestone represents our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and aligning our operations with globally recognized climate action standards. It underscores our dedication to efficiency, operational resilience, and future-proofing our business while strengthening our commitment to responsible innovation. We’re excited to take this important step toward a more sustainable future, and we look forward to the journey ahead with our partners and stakeholders”, says Jo Jemblie Leknes-Monssen, CFO of QNTM Group.
Joining SBTi represents our commitment to setting ambitious, science-aligned targets to drive real change in support of the Paris Agreement’s goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C.
The Science Based Targets initiative is a global partnership enabling companies to set emissions reduction targets based on the latest climate science. Founded by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), World Resources Institute (WRI), World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and the UN Global Compact, SBTi empowers organizations to make science-based commitments that benefit both business and the planet.
QNTM Group is excited to embark on this journey with the Science Based Targets initiative, knowing that together we can make a difference for a more sustainable future.
