In May, Ragn-Sells Estonia met with the Energy Commissioner of the European Commission, Ms. Kadri Simson to introduce a solution for the over 600 million tonnes of oil shale ash that are deposited in Eastern Estonia.
The environmental company Ragn-Sells’ project for the treatment and extraction of salts from fly ash receives EUR 4.8 million in investment support from Klimatklivet, i.e. Sweden's investment aid for projects that reduce climate emissions. The new facility is being built in Bro outside of Stockholm. In the project, Ragn-Sells collaborates with highly reputable Adven.
Environmental company Ragn-Sells has begun construction of a new facility for extracting valuable resources from fly ash from waste incineration, an investment of over EUR 55 million in circular industry. The new business supports Sweden’s official ambition to become the world’s first fossil free welfare nation, according to Minister for Enterprise Ibrahim Baylan.
