- Thanks to the innovative, maintenance-free Self Clean System, lint is removed automatically – with no extra effort required.
- This sophisticated all-in-one solution opens up completely new possibilities for daily laundry routine: once the laundry is loaded and the programme selected, the Series 8 heat pump washer-dryers take care of the rest – from dispensing the detergent and washing and drying the laundry to reducing creases with Iron Assist.
Munich, Germany – The launch of the Series 8 washer-dryers with heat pump technology, i-DOS sensor technology with detergent scan function and Smart Start, heralds a new era of resource efficiency in washer-dryers. In addition, a range of clever, innovative solutions help to achieve perfect washing and drying results with minimal effort. The new heat pump washer-dryers will be launched in March 2027.
Resource-saving technologies
With water savings of up to 20 litres1 and energy savings of 55%2 compared to conventional washer-dryers with condenser technology, the heat pump technology in Bosch’s new model makes a significant contribution to conserving natural resources. The result is top-class energy efficiency:
A-20% for washing – meaning 20% more efficient than Class A3 – and
Class A for drying.
With the innovative Smart Start feature, the washer-dryers can be set to automatically select the start time that makes best use of renewable energy resources or, depending on the users’ contract, when energy prices are lowest. Using the detergent scan function, which allows users to scan the bottles of detergent and fabric softener they are using, the Home Connect app calculates the optimal dosage settings based on all the information provided. Combined with i-DOS sensor technology with automatic dosing, this can save up to 38%4 on detergent.
Comfort at its best
Equipped with the completely maintenance-free Self Clean System, which automatically removes lint during every wash and dry cycle and also cleans the condenser, evaporator, and filters, the new washer-dryers offer time-saving and convenient washing and drying.
The Iron Assist programme reduces creases by up to 50%5 using natural steam, thereby minimising the need for ironing.
When connected to a Home Connect account, the Anti Stain option offers 18 special programmes that automatically adapt the wash cycle to the specific type of stain, achieving perfect washing results – with no pre-treatment required.
With standard dimensions of 845 x 598 x 590 mm, the new Bosch Series 8 washer-dryers with heat pump fit into any standard niche, offering a compact, all-in-one solution for an energy-efficient, comfortable, and safe home.
