Munich, Germany – The Series 6 and Series 8 matte venting cooktops from Bosch are not only a real eye-catcher for every modern kitchen but they also make cooking a breeze thanks to their flexibility and the wide array of functions. Preparing food for friends and family has never been so easy.
A new design highlight: carbon black matte finish
Timeless and impressively robust: The new carbon black matte surface of the Series 8 venting cooktops transforms them into a visual highlight in any modern kitchen. Whether installed on wood, stone or marble countertops – the subtle, velvety sheen creates a high-end aesthetic. At the same time, the special surface coating ensures five times fewer visible scratches[1] and reduces fingerprints and streaks. Easy to clean, hard to overlook – design and durability in perfect harmony.
More freedom to cook: XL Flex Zones
Whether cooking for family or friends, modern kitchens demand flexibility. The new XL Flex Zones in the Series 6 venting cooktops provide up to 25%[2] more usable space compared to standard induction zones – ideal for large pots and pans used side by side. Despite the added room, the appliance fits standard cut-outs, making integration into any kitchen layout easy and seamless.
In addition, venting cooktops feature the FlexInduction function, which combines two individual zones into one consistent heat area – perfect for larger cookware like roasters or grill plates. It’s everyday convenience with an extra portion of versatility. The size and position of pots and pans are automatically recognized, and all settings are automatically applied even when the cookware is moved to a different cooking zone.
Integrated ventilation: more freedom in kitchen planning
Bosch venting cooktops eliminate the need for a separate cooker hood – giving homeowners more flexibility in kitchen design. Thanks to their head-free installation and compact integration, they are ideal for open kitchens and island solutions. The Clean Air Plus odor filters ensure outstanding odor reduction in recirculation mode, while the quiet yet powerful motor delivers top performance at low noise levels.
Optimal support for perfect results
If vegetables are fried at too high a temperature, they lose their nutrients. But don’t worry, the Bosch venting cooktops offer smart functions to support you during the cooking process, making sure all goes according to plan. For example, the Series 6 cooktops are equipped with the PerfectFry Plus sensor, which offers eleven predefined temperature levels ranging from 70°C to 220°C. This ensures that the pan gently heats up and maintains the ideal temperature throughout the cooking process – for perfectly cooked food without scorching and stress-free preparation without the need to constantly adjust power levels.
The Series 8 cooktops feature the PerfectAir sensor, which continuously monitors the amount of steam and automatically adjusts the suction power of the integrated ventilation system. This results in optimal extraction performance at impressively low noise levels, making the cooking experience even more pleasant.
