The extra-large, elegant mixing bowl with a capacity of six liters provides the space you need for all your heavy cooking and baking projects. That's enough for up to 3.6 kg of cake batter, 2.8 kg of bread dough or ten traditional French baguettes. The proven 3D planetary mixing system ensures that all ingredients are kneaded perfectly, as it mimics the natural kneading motion of the hands.
