Munich, Germany – Whether for family gatherings or social get-togethers: the more people you expect at the table, the more dough you need to make for pizza, bread, cakes and other baked goods. The new Series 8 kitchen machine from Bosch offers the perfect solution for conveniently preparing large quantities. With 1,800 watts, it is the most powerful kitchen machine in the world, manufactured in Europe1, and equipped with practical features and versatile accessories. This makes preparing even the most demanding dishes a real pleasure.
Plenty of power for the highest demands
With its powerful, air-cooled 1,800-watt motor, the new Bosch kitchen machine handles large quantities of dough and heavy dough with ease – not just once, but time and time again. Thanks to the sophisticated interaction of efficient air cooling, a powerful motor and the 3D planetary mixing technology, the Series 8 remains powerful for a long time, even after 8 times more kneading cycles – without overheating[2]. The extra-large, elegant mixing bowl with a capacity of six liters provides the space you need for all your heavy cooking and baking projects. That's enough for up to 3.6 kg of cake batter, 2.8 kg of bread dough or ten traditional French baguettes. The proven 3D planetary mixing system ensures that all ingredients are kneaded perfectly, as it mimics the natural kneading motion of the hands. Unlike conventional kitchen machines from other manufacturers, the mixing tools move in three directions at the same time, kneading the dough vigorously from above.
Practical features and smart support
Seven sensor-controlled automatic programs for yeast and sourdough, pasta and strudel dough, shortcrust pastry, batter, whipped cream, beaten egg whites and ice cream monitor the mixing process, detect the perfect consistency and switch the appliance off automatically.
The integrated scale allows precise weighing of ingredients – in grams, milliliters, milliliters of oil and even US weight units. Seven different speed settings offer the right option for every application. All functions can be operated intuitively via the colorful 2.8-inch TFT display and the iconic Bosch control ring – even if the display gets dirty during baking or your hands are wet. On the large display, users are guided clearly through the menu and the food preparation process with text and images, making operation even more appealing. The scale or timer can be accessed with just one tap on the modern user interface. For added convenience, switch-off timers can also be set, processing times can be displayed, and further settings and tips can be viewed. A patisserie set with a whisk, beater and dough hook is included in the scope of delivery – so users can start baking right away.
Impressive design and quality
The new Series 8 kitchen machine impresses with its elegant, modern design. The housing is made entirely of metal, making it both high-quality and durable. The Series 8 kitchen machine has been tested for 15 years[3] and can therefore withstand heavy dough and a wide variety of foods for many years without any problems. A free ten-year motor and housing warranty[4] is included.
The new Bosch Series 8 kitchen machine will be available in stores from November 2025. The recommended retail price is €919.00.
