Bosch Spotless Max

Press release -

When Spotless switches on, it’s time to switch off - The new Spotless cleaning robots from Bosch take care of your housework by themselves

  • Intelligent, reliable, powerful: Bosch is launching Spotless, a range of new cleaning robots that vacuum and mop.
  • With two premium and two basic models, there is a suitable device for every requirement.
  • Equipped with practical functions and the latest technology, the vacuum robots with mopping function make house cleaning smarter than ever, giving you more time to relax.

Leaves and dirt from the last walk, crumbs from breakfast and everyday dust – in the hustle and bustle of family life, there isn't always time for daily floor cleaning. This is where Bosch comes to the rescue, bringing relaxation to often stressful everyday life. The new Spotless cleaning robot is an intelligent helper that moves into your home and takes care of dust and dirt all by itself – reliably and with perfect results, no matter what life throws at it.

Equipped for any type of dirt
The new Spotless cleaning robots reliably remove dust and dirt from the floor with their Carbon Power Brush. What makes this brush special is that its fibers are made of different materials. The carbon fibers ensure excellent hard floor cleaning, while the synthetic fibers guarantee reliable carpet cleaning. As carbon fibers are also very thin, they can be integrated into the brush in high density, preventing any dirt from escaping. The brush is also optimized for less hair entanglement and can be cleaned in just a few simple steps thanks to the EasyClean mechanism.

With a suction power of 11,000 Pa optimally matched to the brush, Spotless cleaning robots achieve the best cleaning results and master any challenge with ease.

All Spotless models cannot only vacuum but also mop. This means that stains and fine dust are also removed efficiently – and this task can also be crossed off your to-do list. The basic models Spotless and Spotless + are equipped with a static wet mop, while the Spotless Max and Spotless Max Cam models have two rotating wet mops for even more efficient and thorough cleaning. In addition, one of the wet mops on these two models extends automatically to reach edges and corners with ease.

Charging, maintenance and more in one place
Each Spotless cleaning robot has a practical service station for charging. Depending on the model, it is equipped with various extras. The Spotless + Dry-Service Station automatically empties the robot's dust box. The dust is transferred to the station's 1.5-litre dust box, so there is no need for a dust bag. The Spotless Max and Spotless Max Cam have a Dry-Wet-Service Station that takes care of maintenance tasks independently. It cleans and dries the mops, empties the robot's dust box and refills its water tank. The station's dust bag has a capacity of 3 liters, the freshwater tank holds 4 liters and the dirty water tank 3.5 liters. The mops are cleaned in the station with water heated to up to 70°C and then dried with hot air. This ensures that the mops are always completely clean and hygienic before the cleaning robot starts its next cleaning cycle. If you place particular importance on the service station blowing out completely clean air, you can opt for the Spotless Max version with an antibacterial dust bag. It filters even the smallest particles and binds odors thanks to its additional activated carbon layer.

Smart navigation and intuitive operation
All Spotless cleaning robots are fully integrated into the Bosch Home Connect app[1]. This ensures high security standards for data and access. The data remains in the EU and is therefore subject to EU data protection guidelines. The tested IT security is confirmed by the BSI certificate. Operation within the app is also completely intuitive. In the Bosch Home Connect app[2], users can configure all the necessary settings for their cleaning robot and start it at specific times. Voice commands can also be activated there, enabling the Spotless to be operated via Alexa or Google Home and Apple HomeKit[3].

Several sensors assist the device with navigation. They ensure that the cleaning robot can navigate, travel straight along walls and edges, and automatically adapt its cleaning behaviour to the surface – for example, by increasing the suction power on carpets. The Spotless and Spotless + use infrared light to detect and avoid obstacles, while the Spotless Max and Spotless Max Cam use structured light that detects even small obstacles. This protects flowerpots and children's toys from collisions and damage. The Spotless Max Cam is additionally equipped with a camera for even more precise obstacle detection. It can therefore find its way even through areas that are difficult to navigate. Another practical feature is that with both the Spotless Max and Spotless Max Cam, simply tapping the bumper with your foot is enough to activate the robot. This allows you to start the robot even when you have your hands full.

The new Bosch Spotless cleaning robots will be available in stores from autumn 2025. The recommended retail price varies depending on the model and starts at €519.00.
