Salli and Tomi Kokko invite you to change your life

Tomi Kokko is a Finnish personal trainer and the founder of Lean in Five Weeks Challenge. He is specialized in helping people to change their lives and be healthier, lose weigth and have more energy. At the moment he is on a six month tour around Finland, visiting all the 107 cities in Finland. During the tour Tomi gives free lectures about food, diets, wellbeing, and work ergonomics, including sitting health.

– I’ve now visited more than half of the cities. In a little more than two months I have had a free seminar in 56 cites for more than 8.000 people. The reception around Finland has been warm and awesome. I’ve felt a positive vibe everywhere, and I am grateful to be on tour right now, says Tomi Kokko.

Wake up and think of your wellbeing

– Many people are currently confused about the amount of information and advice available. However, for the sake of your own wellbeing, it is important to gather a suitable package and follow it in everyday life. I want to make people think of themselves. Are you feeling well and are you energetic enough to pursue your dreams? In addition to pure nutrition, the tour also reflects on the impact of human relationships and the quality of sleep on your wellbeing.

Salli and Tomi Kokko have the same goal: to make people think about themselves and work for a better life. Salli joins Tomi’s tour in several cities to share information about sitting-related problems and solutions to them. Kokko himself is now a Salli user.

– I’ve been using a Salli Saddle Chair for a couple of weeks now and I have been very satisfied. The chair is ergonomically designed and the position is natural. I had problems with my lower back in the past, but there is no pressure on the back when I sit on Salli. Circulation remains undisturbed and energy levels high. The two-part seat of the chair is also an absolute bonus.

Kokko invites also you to change your life

Salli and Kokko can be found in the tour during the next few months.

– I want to invite to the seminars everybody who really wants to feel healthy and needs more energy and inspiration for their everyday life and for chasing their dreams. Welcome to the seminar, there are still 51 cities left, so you will definitely find yours!

Maybe that would be a nice start for your holiday or visit in Finland? Even though the lecture is in Finnish you can go and take a picture of the cardboard version of Tomi and join the competition!

Salli and Tomi Kokko Tour social media competition starts right now. Take a photo on the tour and share it in Instagram with hashtags #sallisaddlechair and #ravintoremonttikiertue. You can win a Salli Saddle Chair! The competition is valid until 1.9.2018. The winner is selected among the people who shared a picture. The chair will be delivered only to a Finnish address.

  • Current knowledge of sitting health

Because of the gap in the middle of the seat there is no uncomfortable pressure on the genital area, and thus no need to turn the pelvis away from the pressure. That would result in a slouched sitting position where the back is rounded. The healthy posture can now be obtained easily and maintained during the whole day. The gap enhances both genital and internal pelvic health.

  • Energy levels up, profitability up!

Back pains are the most common reason for sick leaves. The sick leaves are long, and the problems may never completely go away. The worst thing one can do is to sit in a slouched position. The natural curves of the spine disappear and the pressure in unevenly distributed on the disks; that can result in a prolapsed disk. When the back muscles stretch they get tense and their circulation weakens.

  • Don't abolish the effects of exercise by sitting in a bad position

It is a misconception that exercising outside the work day would undo the bad effects of sitting. By sitting all day at work in a bad position, you accidentally abolish the effects of active exercise. You can add movement into your day by sitting on an actice, two-part saddle chair. The middle gap in the two-part saddle chair is also important for the blood and lymph circulation.

  • Salli chairs keep those hips moving!

Everyone would benefit from paying attention to the functioning of their spine and hips. It is not only important to train hard, it is just as important to think how you move and recover between the training sessions. I sit on a Salli chair, thus I can keep my spine in a good position, with some hip mobility exercises to keep myself moving and grooving even as I am working at my Salli workstation.
