SIQT Great Job Awards 2021: Scout24 Schweiz AG recognised as top IT employer

Scout24 Schweiz AG has been officially recognised as one of the Top IT Employers in Switzerland by the Swiss Quality Assurance Institute (SIQT) as part of their SIQT Great Jobs Awards 2021.

SIQT, whose comprehensive survey seeks out the best employers in Switzerland, used mystery applicants to ensure the evaluation was carried out independently and anonymously. The study assessed objective criteria covering the transparency and performance of HR processes, the availability and up-to-date information on company websites, as well as ratings and reviews on platforms such as kununu.com, glassdoor.com, jobs.ch and jobscout24.ch.

The prestigious award found the national average rating as 78%, with 76% in the IT category. Scout24’s rating came in at an impressive 88%.

Boris Gussen, Chief Financial Officer at Scout24, said: "The award reflects the excellent work which Scout24, and in particular our HR team, does every day to attract new talent to our company. IT talent, in particular, is one of our main recruitment target groups, which is why this award and recognition is so important to us. It further encourages us to strengthen our employer branding to continue to attract high-calibre candidates now and in the future."
