Advokatfirman Delphi utlyser för första gången ett stipendium inom affärsjuridik. Stipendiaten utses 28 januari vid en sammankomst på Delphis kontor i Stockholm och tilldelas 25 000 kronor samt erbjuds en sommarnotarietjänst på någon av Delphis fem kontor runt om i landet. För två personer kommer det också finnas chans att få varsin mentor från Delphi under 2016.

Delphi has assisted Couche-Tard Luxembourg S.A.R.L. in the sale of all the shares in Statoil Fuel & Retail Lubricants Sweden AB to Fuchs Petrolub SE. The agreed purchase price for the shares is SEK 690 million. Assumed net debt is expected to be around SEK 220 million.
