Delphi advised Cherry AB on its sale of the business area Maritima Spel
Advokatfirman Delphi has assisted Cherry AB (publ) on the sale of their business area Maritima Spel, the transaction was closed on 8 November 2012. The deal essentially means that the buyer Bell Casino AB have acquired all shares in Cherry AB through its affiliated company Cherry Maritime Gaming AB (Sweden) and Astral Maritime Services Ltd (UK).
Delphi's team was led by Anders Lindström assisted by Emma Dansbo.
