Delphi advisor to Greencarrier Freight Services Sweden AB
Delphi advised Greencarrier Freight Services Sweden AB on the acquisition of all shares in Trana Spedition AB. Greencarrier provides global transport and logistics solutions. Greencarrier’s consolidated turnover amounts to SEK 3.5 billion and the group has offices established in 13 countries with over 750 employees.
Trana Spedition AB provides transport solutions by land to and from Finland with 40-50 units in each direction every week, complementing Greencarrier’s other activities with focus on the Nordic and Baltic countries. Trana Spedition AB’s turnover is about SEK 70 million.
