Delphi advisor to Image Systems AB on the sale of the business area Digital Vision
Delphi has been legal advisor to Image Systems AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm, on its sale of the business area Digital Vision to 54 E Street Limited.
Delphi's team was led by Marcus Nivinger, partner, mainly supported by Fredrik Mörner, senior associate and Erica Svennar, associate. Paula Hogéus, partner, was responsible for providing labor advice.
