Delphi has been legal advisor to CybAero AB (publ) in a private placement of 1.8 million new shares. The new shares were subscribed April 8, 2014 by international institutional investors. The new issue of shares is subject to approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 6 May, 2014.

Per Granström, head of Delphi’s Corporate group, has been awarded the 2014 Client Choice Award for Sweden in General Corporate law. Delphi has been legal advisor to Stiftelsen Industrifonden in respect of investment in Pastry Sweden AB, which among other things operates SkickaTårta.se, a service to order and send freshly baked cakes and other pastries over the internet. The investment will help fund the company's ongoing expansion in Poland and Germany.

Delphi has advised Nibe Industrier AB in the acquisition of the business in Technibel. The acquired sales operations will become part of the Nibe Energy Systems business area. Technibel is a well-established brand in France and is known for its climate control products and heat pumps. The operations will be consolidated into the NIBE Group as of today’s date.

The assignment included a private placement of approximately SEK 20 million and a fully underwritten rights issue of approximately SEK 65,4 million. The new shares are expected to start trading on NASDAQ OMX First North the second week in 2014.
