5 hours of VR gameplay: Anticipated adventure puzzle “SVRVIVE: The Deus Helix” released for HTC Vive

Stockholm, Sweden: November 17, 2016 - Today Stockholm-based SVRVIVE Studios is releasing their first lead title, SVRVIVE: The Deus Helix, for HTC Vive.

SVRVIVE: The Deus Helix has an estimated 5 hours of VR gameplay making it one of the longest VR experiences on the global market. Built in just six months, SVRVIVE: The Deus Helix allows players to travel the universe in order to recover the powerful Deus Helix. The game follows the successful launch of the pre-alpha demo of SVRVIVE on Steam back in August, which garnered an estimated 18-28% of the global HTC Vive consumer market (in number of downloads). Earlier this week the studio released the teaser of the full game, a video that reached 100,000 views on Facebook within 24 hours and placed as number one on Reddit/Vive.

In SVRVIVE: The Deus Helix the player is abducted from their earthly life and obliged to join an alien agent workforce. Under the direction of the player’s commander and guide Nikodemus Salinger, the newly recruited Agent (player) is sent to different parts of the universe in order to recover the missing parts of the Deus Helix.

SVRVIVE: The Deus Helix is a challenging adventure puzzle, inspired by escape rooms and mystery game classics, such as Myst.
