Award-winning Deadly city of Kartong now available for HTC Vive and Oculus
“Creepy cute” stealth shooter Kartong - Death by Cardboard! is now available in Early Access for HTC Vive and Oculus players. The game was awarded at VR San Francisco earlier this year and has now been released on Steam, Viveport and Oculus Home. “The game has a rogue-lite gameplay and your goal is to escape the city of Kartong, which just happens to be a maze filled with evil toys, tiny traps and weird experiments”, explains Robert Johansson, Level Designer at SVRVIVE Studios. With its 15 different difficulty levels, randomized city maps and toy enemies, the game is fully playable from start to finish.

Kartong - Death by Cardboard! puts you up against evil experiments inside the miniature city of Kartong. You find yourself shrunk to the size of a toilet paper roll and trapped in a maze of evil toys, with your life depending on a mediocre weapon made from office supplies. Your situation can be summed up in one word: shitty. Kartong - Death by Cardboard! combines the cuteness of scary toys with the charm of paper cuts - all wrapped up in challenging miniature/stealth/FPS gameplay.
The game is now available for Early Access in Viveport´s Subscription program, Oculus Home and on Steam, with a -40% release discount, and can be experienced on both HTC Vive and Oculus. Later on Kartong - Death by Cardboard! will be released for PSVR on PlayStation Store. The Early Access release version of Kartong - Death by Cardboard! already consists of:
