    Mottagaren av Litteraturpriset till Astrid Lindgrens minne 2011, australiensaren Shaun Tan, anländer till Stockholm den 21 maj för att delta i årets pristagarvecka. Pristagarveckan avslutas med prisutdelningen i Stockholms Konserthus då Shaun Tan, författare till bl.a. Ankomsten, mottar Litteraturpriset ur H.K.H. Kronprinsessan Victorias hand. Prissumman är fem miljoner svenska kronor.
