Avisera is now even greener

At this year's Scanpack Packaging Fair, Avisera will be presenting its growing range of customised packaging solutions. And the big news this year includes a wider range of environmentally friendly materials.

- A growing number of companies are choosing smarter and more cost-effective ways to market themselves today, for example with branded binders, carrier bags or packaging tape. Demand has grown for products that are kind to the environment and it is our responsibility as a supplier to follow developments, says Marketing Manager, Mariella Lundgren.

Avisera and the environment
Besides the increased range of climate-smart products, Avisera has initiated a comprehensive environmental programme with the focus on its own business. Among other measures, the company has chosen to offset its greenhouse gas emissions.

-We have always made an effort to use production materials with as little impact on the environment as possible - without compromising quality. Our packaging tape is made of polypropylene, and is completely free of solvents. Now we also offer biodegradable plastic carrier bags and organic-cotton carrier bags, says CEO, Peter Lundgren.

Avisera has positioned itself as one of the largest players in the packaging and branded products market. Avisera is a specialist in packaging tape and carrier bags for the Nordic market.
