Welcome to Bergenstråhle & Partners, Daniel Thorbjörnsson!

Daniel Thorbjörnsson has joined Bergenstråhle’s Gothenburg office as an Attorney at Law. Daniel will mainly help clients with trademark prosecution and opposition, brand clearance analysis, IP enforcement, IP management and contract drafting and negotiation.

He holds a LL.M. and a M.Sc. in Intellectual Capital Management. That and the experience he has from advising clients on various intellectual property matters at an international law firm makes him and his skillset a perfect fit for us and our goal, to always help our clients maximize their return on innovation.

We are really excited about having Daniel here at Bergenstråhle & Partners and we are sure that he will be a valuable asset to us and our clients.
