Swedish creativity meets business transformation: Berghs launches a new initiative with Epicenter in Amsterdam

Berghs School of Communication brings its Capability Acceleration offering to Amsterdam in collaboration with Epicenter, combining Berghs’ expertise in creativity, AI and organisational development with Epicenter’s business community, network and facilities at Piet Heinkade 99. The aim is to help companies create measurable business value while developing practical capabilities within their teams.

When technology evolves faster than organisations can adapt, the ability to act becomes a crucial competitive advantage. AI is transforming workflows and business models, while customer expectations continue to shift and uncertainty grows.

Capability Acceleration consists of two formats: AI Value Mapping and AI Success Cases. Together, they help companies identify opportunities and develop practical capabilities to use AI, lead change and navigate complex, interconnected challenges. The collaboration may also expand to include additional offerings based on future needs.

“Knowledge of AI tools and access to them are growing rapidly. But the bigger question is how we need to think and work differently to create real value. Together with Epicenter, we give companies the space to test solutions and build new capabilities,” says Camilla Wallander, CEO of Berghs School of Communication.

AI Success Cases is a 12-week programme in which teams tackle real challenges within their own organisations, turning opportunities into measurable business value. Berghs’ process is led by experienced practitioners who have built businesses, brands, services and products themselves.

“Amsterdam is an international hub. We want to create value by working closely with real business challenges, creating an environment where people can question what they think they know, imagine alternatives and build a way forward,” says Adam Springfeldt, Program Director for Berghs’ Advanced Portfolio.

The collaboration and joint initiative will be launched on 27 October at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce’s event, “The Strength of Brand Sweden”, hosted at Epicenter Amsterdam. The event explores how Swedish values can contribute to stronger brands and greater innovation.

“Berghs and Epicenter are a strong strategic match. By combining Berghs’ creativity and methodology with our space, network and community, we want to offer companies in Amsterdam something tangible that supports their development,” says Christoffer Granfelt, Co-founder of Epicenter.
