Maria kommer senast från Cloud Nine där hon var med och startade upp dessertrummet. Hon har tidigare även arbetat som kallskänka på Leijontornet, i samband med att de fick en stjärna i Guide Michelin, samt på Moderna Museet och Restaurang KB. Maria har alltid haft ett stort intresse av desserter och bakverk, en av favoriterna just nu är glass och sorbet.
