    On June 17, the European Ariane 6 launch vehicle will take off for the first time with new, more powerful engines for its four boosters. This will enable Europe’s largest rocket to carry 36 internet satellites from the technology company Amazon, making the mission the largest of its kind to date for Ariane 6.   • Ny satellit som ska övervaka havsnivån styrs av dator från Göteborg

    En ny satellit för övervakning av havsnivån kommer att skjutas upp den 17 november. Den amerikansk-europeiska satelliten kommer att styras av en dator som utvecklats och byggts av Beyond Gravity i Göteborg. En antenn från Göteborg kommer att skicka alla insamlade havsdata från satelliten ner till jorden.
