Expansion of production capacity
Beyond Gravity has opened a new production hall in Linköping in Summer 2024, significantly expanding its satellite dispenser production capacity. This strategic move is essential to fulfilling a substantial order from Amazon for satellite dispensers, which are crucial for the Leo satellite constellation. The facility is equipped with the latest technology to manufacture satellite dispenser systems in a partially automated series production process. In parallel, Beyond Gravity is implementing changes to its business processes and digital infrastructure to establish a unified digital core that will seamlessly connect its global locations. This will enable more streamlined, efficient production processes and optimized resource allocation.
World leader in satellite separation
Beyond Gravity is the leading provider of satellite separation systems for launch vehicles, with a track record of successfully separating over 1,300 payloads in space. Their satellite separation systems ensure secure connections between launch vehicles and their payloads, facilitating precise delivery into orbit. Beyond Gravity's dispenser systems allow for the precise separation of multiple satellites in a predetermined sequence, ensuring the precise orbit is achieved. Beyond Gravity's dispenser systems have been utilized for missions worldwide, including the Project Leo, Galileo, TerraBella, Canadian Radarsat, and OneWeb Internet satellite constellations. These systems are particularly well-suited for large satellite constellations, where a high volume of spacecraft must be placed into orbit in a short period of time.
