Many organizations struggles with that there is a gap between business and IT. Business complain about IT not understand its needs and IT complaining about business not being clear on their requirements. You’ve all heard the story for some time. But how come we’re still hearing it from so many companies still today? Shouldn’t this be something that we’ve already solved? Bridging this gap?
