Consider today's corporate landscape. On one side of the spectrum you have a hot and energetic Tech startup industry and on the other you have corporate giants who have fought the good fight for their share of the turf. One needs to figure out how to appropriately build a culture, define the enterprise, and scale the company. The latter may need to figure out how to simplify, plan, and execute.
